What colour are you feeling today?
The children in EYFS have been exploring feelings through colours, based on their core text 'The Colour Monster' by Anna Llenas.
One day colour monster wakes up feeling very confused- his emotions are all over the place! The children were able to describe feelings and what they mean through colour. Some wonderful speaking and listening from the children and growing awareness of our own emotions- ours to can be 'all over the place' but knowing this is okay and normal gives us that little bit of calm!
I wonder how the children are feeling today- can they tell you through colour?
